Essex Player Development (EPD) DO NOT issue refunds for MISSED SESSIONS / CAMPS due to your OWN circumstances.

If EPD decide to cancel a session due to unsuitable circumstances, e.g. weather conditions, your session fee will be CARRIED OVER to your next session or you will receive a refund, however this depends what the circumstance is at that moment in time.

EPD owns the right for IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL with your child from the session and/or camp, WITHOUT REFUND, if they are found to be BULLYING or DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR.

ALL MEDICAL CONDITIONS (diagnosed or under observation) MUST be declared during registration to ensure your child is safe whilst in the care of EPD. If any new medical conditions arise past registration, it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to make ***Head Coach/Owner George Gray*** aware and your child's EPD Player Profile will be updated.

REFUNDS will apply if a session/camp is cancelled due to numbers not being achieved.

PAYING VIA BANK TRANSFER:

YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL BLOCK PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

PAYING VIA CASH:

YOU MUST PAY IN FULL FOR THE BLOCK SESSION AT YOUR FIRST SESSION WITH EPD.
